Product Development

Every product starts with a real everyday need. We work through concept, CAD modelling, 3D-printed prototypes and usability testing before a design is locked.

Tooling & Moulding

Our in-house tool room builds multi-cavity hardened steel dies, designed for tight seals and rigid parts. Over 40 years of moulding experience goes into every tool.

Scalable Manufacturing

Products are made across our six plants in India. Injection moulding machines with automated handling keep parts consistent from batch to batch.

Quality & Thermal Testing

Every batch is checked against set quality parameters: thermal retention, drop impact, leak testing and colour consistency.
